WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to accept your return within 7 days of the delivery date, please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition with tag attached remaining in place and packaging included. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept any returns and issue a refund that do not meet the above requirements.
Once received in the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the warehouse to process your return. Please ensure to state the order number and RA number on the courier receipt of the return package to avoid any delay in return process.
Final acceptance of your return and issuance of refunds are at the brand discretion.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
- To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form on our website using the e-mail address used to process your order within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Wait for the application been approved, you would receive the RA number and return address.
- Contact delivery to shipping back the package, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties and Tax are not refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected back to your original payment method. Please know we are unable to refund any other payment other then the method used for the original order.
